I would like to say as a testimonial your customer service is by far the best in the business. As it is the 11th of July other merchants are still not answering their phones nor returning emails due to the Holiday, July 4th weekend.
The crickets we purchased from you arrived in great condition and from Georgia to rural Pennsylvania in a timley fashion.
Compared to other merchants we have purchased from, such as the wormman.com who are based in New Jersey, Premium Crickets is by far a more customer friendly and stress free shopping experience. As we sit here and wait for a package that was to arrive on July 9th that we were not provided any tracking info nor a reply email/phone call to several inquires at this time; our geckos, bearded dragons and frogs are happy to eat premium crickets vs.
The Worm Mans that have never arrived and will probably be in very poor condition after being in a box for 5 days.
Thanks once again for resolving the escaped cricket problem, especially in such a timely manner.

Thanks a million for being such a superb supplier. I order every month or two and have for about a year so I've seen a fair amount of your crickets and worms. The only dead crickets I've had in any shipment-even of 1000, have been 3 or 4 that were crushed by squeezing under the box flaps. I've always had more than the count ordered. Yes, I too get some little ones in there but they have always been "bonus" babies in my view.I get what I order of the size I order. The worms also have been GREAT! My guys love them and I've had very poor experiences everywhere else I've gotten them. Keep up the great work.
My lizards vote for me to never order elsewhere.

OK so I ordered from you before, and I sent in a review saying how happy I was about your Crickets and your service.. So now I decided to order from your company again.. Talk about NOT being pleased and seeing the other side of things.. Not only were about 25% of the crickets dead, another about 25% or more were tiny lil crickets when I ordered 3/4 size.. So I did my part and contacted ur company, sent a couple emails about the situation.. To my suprise I get an email in return saying that in my next order I should put in a note stating that Mike wants an extra 250 crickets included to make up for the bad ones.. Why should I have to pay shipping twice when I am disappointed with your service what makes you think I want to order from you again??? Since then I have not heard from your company, so I guess I am left with nothing even though I followed my end of things, and also the weather was good.. The weather had nothing to do with you sending me tiny lil crickets yet you wont replace your mistakes.. Talk about bad business.. I had referred several people to order from you guys.. Well I will no longer be ordering from you, but my business associates wont be either..I am a reptile breeder and I will definetly be putting the word out there about your business practices.. Buyer Beware they are only nice til something goes wrong and they have to replace something and expect you to pay shipping again when you already paid the first time and its their mistake..
