Got my crickets in the mail today and you are not kidding when you say your crickets are healthy! There were only 3 or 4 dead ones out of 1000!!! They are very active and leave no doubt as to how healthy they are. The ones I have been buying up until now pale in comparison and generally are half dead (literally) when I get them. I will definitely be back! :)

I found Premium Crickets just searching around on the computer. I"m glad I did. Up until now I ordered my crickets from *those other guys* only to be disappointed time and time again. Today I received my first order of crickets from Prem. Crickets and man am I happy with my order.. Opened the box and the crickets were all jumping around and look very healthy. When i got crickets from *them* I had to wait for hours for the crickets to warm only to find that they werent going to get any warmer they were all dead.. I'm just writing to thank everyone at premiumcrickets.com for the wonderful service and product I received today. I placed my order on sunday evening, and my order arrived promptly tuesday morning, with all 2000 crickets alive and moving!(yes I looked though for dead crickets) On top of that the crickets looked blumped and health. The 1000 supers I ordered were also in great shape and again very healthy. Ordering crickets during the colder months definitely wasn't worth the savings. Majority of them arrived dead or on the verge of dying. Also, ordering anything smaller than 3/4" will result in more 3/8" and 1/4" -- Gina

It is important during the winter time to order the heat packs and (if necessary) the double box. Otherwise, the crickets don't make it. When the temperatures start to get into the 40 degrees, the crickets start dying.

I have shopped around and dealt with well over a dozen different vendors over the past four years, and none even come close to you. I can't tell you how many problems I've had in the past (some were real nightmares) - and every other vendor I have ever dealt with always managed to include a few nice beetles and larva as extras
