We guarantee that you will receive live crickets. Contract crickets have their own and different guarantee. If the night time temperatures in your area or our area reach in the 40 degrees or lower, you must order the "Heat Pack" in order to receive the guarantee.
In order to minimize the mortality possibility of your crickets, it is better to have someone home when the crickets arrive. If it is not possible to have someone home at the time, we can have your crickets held at the Post Office. Please put "Hold at the Post Office" in customer comments.
In the event your crickets do arrive dead, please call 1-800-224-4668 with your order number and request a reshipment. Depending on your situation, we may choose an alternative method to reship your crickets.
